How bidding works

Register and subscribe
Create a free account, choose a membership plan and pay via M-Pesa. Your membership is activated once Autolok confirms your payment — usually within an hour.

Read the inspection report
Every lot carries a 160-point yard inspection, damage grading, drive status and an AI repair cost estimate benchmarked against local parts pricing.

Bid live, Monday to Friday
Bids move in fixed increments. Any bid in the final two minutes extends the lot clock, so no one gets sniped at the buzzer.
- 04
Settle through escrow
Win, and your funds sit in Autolok escrow until the logbook transfer and yard release are confirmed. Buyer fee is 7% of the hammer price.

Collect or have it towed
Storage is free for five days. Partner recovery trucks deliver from any yard to your workshop at a flat rate.
